These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MulderCreations’ website and the purchase of products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

MulderCreations offers printed artworks, photographs, and fine art prints. All products are produced on demand and are not kept in stock.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders can be placed via our website.

  • Payment must be made in advance through PayPal or bank transfer.

  • Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
     

4. Delivery

  • Products are generally delivered within 2–15 business days, depending on production and shipping by third-party companies.

  • Delivery times are estimates;
    MulderCreations is not responsible for delays caused by the printer, courier services, customs authorities, or other third parties involved in the shipping process.

  • The artist travels full-time. Therefore, there may be a processing period of up to 14 days before the artwork is transferred to the courier.

  • In exceptional circumstances, this period may extend slightly due to unforeseen conditions beyond the artist’s control.

  • Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

5. Returns and Cancellation

  • Since products are produced on demand, no standard returns or cancellations are accepted.

  • Exceptions are made only for damaged or defective products, see “Warranty” below.
     

6. Warranty

  • MulderCreations provides a warranty on manufacturing defects (e.g., print quality issues or damage during shipment).

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear.

  • If a defect is found, you may request a replacement or refund, subject to verification.
     

7. Liability

  • MulderCreations is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

  • Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • Liability for intentional or gross negligence is not excluded.
     

8. Intellectual Property

  • All images, designs, and content on this website are the property of MulderCreations.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
     

9. Certificate of Authenticity

Each artwork is secured through a dual authentication system consisting of a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity and a blockchain-registered Digital Provenance Certificate.

 

Together, these two elements provide a permanent and independently verifiable record of authenticity, provenance, edition history, and ownership.

 

The physical certificate is personally signed and shipped separately after purchase. As MulderCreations operates internationally, delivery times may vary depending on destination and local postal services. In some cases delivery may take several weeks or longer.

 

The Digital Provenance Certificate is created specifically for your acquisition and includes clear instructions together with personal assistance for secure activation and storage.

 

To preserve the full collector and resale value of the artwork, both the physical Certificate of Authenticity and the corresponding Digital Provenance Certificate should accompany the artwork upon transfer or resale.
 

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase will be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Netherlands.
     

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • MulderCreations reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

  • The most recent version will always be available on our website
