MulderCreations

Each MulderCreations artwork forms part of a long-term authentication and provenance structure consisting of the physical artwork, a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity, a Digital Provenance Certificate and its permanent record within the MulderCreations Registry.

The MulderCreations Registry serves as the authoritative source for the authenticity, Registered Ownership, ownership history and provenance of each individual edition. Blockchain technology and the Digital Provenance Certificate provide an additional verifiable layer supporting this record.

Registered Ownership is established only after the applicable purchase, payment, verification and registration procedures have been completed.

Any subsequent change of Registered Ownership can only take place through the official MulderCreations transfer procedure. A private sale, gift, assignment or any other transfer outside this procedure does not change the Registered Owner recorded in the MulderCreations Registry.

The Registry is designed to preserve a continuous and verifiable history throughout the lifetime of the artwork, including registered ownership transfers, transactions, inheritance and other verified events relevant to its provenance.

The technologies used to support authentication and provenance may evolve over time. Certificates, blockchain infrastructure and future verification methods may therefore change or be replaced, while the underlying Registry record and historical provenance remain continuous.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, commercial exploitation or misrepresentation of MulderCreations artworks, certificates, Registry information or website content may result in legal action.
