Videos that are publicly available (for example on YouTube) may be shared and displayed by others, provided that my logo remains visible and it is made transparent that the intellectual property belongs to and remains with me.

Ownership of physical artworks is transferred only after full payment. Each work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and an NFT. The NFT functions solely as a digital record linked to the certificate and the physical artwork. It is not sold as a stand-alone digital product, but as part of the complete ownership package. This ensures transparency of provenance and significantly reduces the risk of fraud.

In exceptional cases, and only by agreement, a digital copy of a video may be sold. Even then, it is always paired with both the NFT and the certificate of authenticity.

Unauthorized use of the artworks or content may result in legal action.
