Ownership of physical artworks transfers only after full payment has been received. Each artwork is accompanied by both a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity and a blockchain-registered Digital Provenance Certificate.

The Digital Provenance Certificate is implemented as a blockchain-registered Non-Fungible Token functioning exclusively as a permanent and verifiable provenance record linked to the physical artwork and its Certificate of Authenticity.

It is not offered or intended as a stand-alone digital collectible, speculative asset, or independent digital artwork.

This dual authentication structure is designed to support long-term provenance transparency, ownership verification, and fraud prevention.

In exceptional cases, and only by explicit agreement, a digital edition of a video work may be sold independently. In such cases, the work will remain accompanied by both its Certificate of Authenticity and corresponding Digital Provenance Certificate.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, commercial exploitation, or misrepresentation of the artworks or website content may result in legal action.
