Every acquisition is handled with precision. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on three primary factors:

Destination & Distance: Global transit requirements and regional logistics partnerships.
Scale & Specification: Dimensions, weight, and the chosen mounting or packaging systems.
Specialized Handling: Options for premium couriers, reinforced art-crating, express transit, and comprehensive customs documentation.

All logistics are provided at cost to ensure full transparency. No additional seller margin is applied to shipping services. Each order is managed in direct consultation with the client to align with specific arrival preferences.

Availability & Lead Times

Artist Availability As I work internationally and often on-location in remote areas, my connectivity is periodic. I maintain a 14-day response and processing window for all inquiries and new orders. This ensures that every commission receives my full focus once I am back on the grid.

Production & Dispatch To maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship, all works are produced on-demand in the Netherlands. This ensures consistent color fidelity and material integrity for every collector worldwide.

Timeline: Please allow up to 14 days for the initiation of the production and crating process following my initial response.
Transit: Final delivery times are subject to courier schedules and regional customs procedures.

Returns & Quality Guarantee

As each piece is a bespoke production, all sales are final. However, we maintain a rigorous quality standard. In the exceptional case of damage during transit or a production discrepancy, please contact the studio immediately for an expedited resolution.
