Every acquisition is handled individually. Shipping and handling costs are calculated based on the destination, dimensions and weight of the artwork, and the specific logistics required for safe delivery.
Depending on the destination and artwork, this may include:

Professional art transport or specialist couriers

Protective or reinforced art packaging

International shipping
-
Customs documentation
-
Insurance during transport where applicable

Installation or White-Glove handling where arranged
Logistics are coordinated directly with the collector before dispatch.
Production & Delivery
Each physical artwork is individually produced in the Netherlands following confirmation of the acquisition.
Production, quality control, packaging and delivery are coordinated as part of the MulderCreations service. The expected production and delivery schedule is communicated individually for each acquisition.
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier schedules, customs procedures and other circumstances outside the direct control of MulderCreations.
Damage & Quality Guarantee
Every artwork is carefully inspected before dispatch.
If an artwork arrives damaged, MulderCreations will arrange a replacement artwork, regardless of whether the damage occurred during production, handling or transport.
The damaged artwork must either be returned to MulderCreations or, when instructed by MulderCreations, be verifiably destroyed. This ensures that a damaged or replaced edition cannot remain in circulation alongside its replacement.
Please contact MulderCreations as soon as possible after discovering the damage so that the replacement can be arranged.
Registry & Replacement
When an artwork is replaced due to damage, the replacement will remain connected to the same edition within the MulderCreations Registry.
The Registry record will be updated to document the replacement, ensuring that the provenance and status of the edition remain accurate and that only one valid physical artwork represents the registered edition.
